My husband, Tom, took these pictures at our 2011 family reunion.
You'll need
A Dark Summer Night
Battery Operated Pen Lights
Digital SLR Camera
A Tripod
People
The year before we used Sparklers.
They worked, but often burned out before
we got everyone set up for the picture.
My sister came up with the idea of using the
Pen Lights.
Some of the letters are easy, others have to be done
backward to make the words turn out correctly.
It's a blast trying to figure it out!
The camera lens needs to be opened for night time
photography and steadied on a tripod.
